At Henry & Brown Getaways, our mission is to breathe new life into underused land by transforming small plots into peaceful, eco-friendly holiday retreats. We work with local farmers and landowners across Essex to create sustainable spaces where guests can enjoy nature without leaving a heavy footprint.
By partnering with us, you’ll receive a fair rental payment for the land itself. We take full responsibility for the setup, operations, and running of the camper vans and lodges, so there’s no extra work or involvement required from you — and no expectation of sharing income from the holiday stays.
We handle everything from setup to maintenance, ensuring your land is respected, well-looked after, and used in a way that benefits both you and the local area.
